im putting a P&P head on my car.
i checked with my dealer on the torque specs for the ecotec head bolts on my 2005 cavalier.
they said start on the inside and work your way out, torque them too 22 foot LBS, then working from the inside again turn them 150 degrees.
does this sound right to you guys? i expected them to require alot more torque.

It is deand on. That is how gm says to do it. Alot of their torque specs are finished with some amount of degree turn.
