95 fire-OBD1
96 Cavy-OBD 2
both 2.2s
are the tanks the same?
I can ass-u-me that they are,BUT.....
what about the sending assembly-can I just drop the tank out and switch it over,or are there more connections and crap with the 96
the books I have are basically useless,it tells how,but no good pics of what is on top
I think they're the same. I think the gas tanks switched in the 00 models.
I know my 01 is plastic and my wifes 98 is steel. 95 and 6 should be the same. The only thing that may have changed is the gauge resistor board.

http://www.car-part.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi it says that they are the same, the weird thing is that it has 93's listed too.
