Hard starting when hot or sunny outside

Hi i'm new to this forum, i need some help, i bought a 98 cavalier 2.2L 5speed with 180000kms about a month ago and i have a hard time starting it when it's hot out. It turns over for at least 5 seconds before it fires up. if i shut it off after it fires up and try it again it start no problem. If it's a cloudy or rainy day and cooler outside it starts no problem. I changes the spark plugs, fuel filter, added fuel injector cleaner, new spark plug wires.
Also if it's hot out and i've been driving around and stop at the store, when i come out and start the car it starts just fine. i've tried researching this problem and found that early 90s honda's had this problem, it turned out to be there main relay(something to do with the soldering when the interior got hot)
Please help me it's driving me crazy!!

Matt, i have that same problem with my 04 Ls Sedan but it's only when the engine is cold after it has been sitting overnight or all day long at work once it warms up to normal operating temp like 195 and up no problem whatsoever been doing that for awhile now still have yet to figure out what is causing it . Also with mine if i let go of the key too soon the engine stumbles and then backfires a little someone thought on mine it might be a messed up temperature control sensor or something but who knows.

have you tried a different coil pack? it could be getting too warm and not working properly, but Im not exactly sure.
