Ok I did a search and found some stuff but I didnt really understand what the person was saying. Im trying to swap my 2.4 to the 2.2 coil pack. Is there a easy write on it. I got a pig tail, coil and module off a 97 2.2 cavalier. The pig tail has three wires. black with a white stripe, pink with a black stripe, and red with a black stripe. Do I have the right stuff. I can't find a clear write up on how to do the swap. Does anyone have pictures or know where a clear write up is. Not one that someone has hand drawn.

use neon coils its much easyer from wat i have read cant speak from experiance i have all the parts just havent put them in yet

just put the dsm neon coils in runs great if not better mounter the coil were the cruise bracket was and used msd cut to fit wires no pix yet but very easy

i race a dirt track car and i cant switch over to the 2.2 coils does anyone make an aftermarket high output coil for the 2.4 that is a direct replacement for the oem
