cavalier 2.2L oil filter

I need to know if there is a spacer that goes between the oil filter and the block. My rebuild gasket set has a gasket that goes in this location and there are three bolt holes there as well but I don't seem to have any extra parts to put here. Thanks

there used to be in the early second gen cars. the newer cars (such as my 96) dont have it.

I believe there use to be an aluminum relocation adapter that bolted on that gave easier access to the filter, to near the belt / cv joint area.
