Alright, my memory isn't helping me at all with this one.
From the throttle body:
3 lines from back:
Large: evap solenoid
Small: FPR
Small: ? - I think this one went to the HVAC inside the car, can anyone confirm? The Chilton's manual simply says "To Access"
There also looks to be a couple holes in the front of that plastic piece, are there supposed to be lines attached to these?
And finally, there is a large hose going to a nipple on the top of the transmission case (area between TC and valve body cover). Where does this hose go?

In case anyone finds this while searching or something, I hit up the junkyard today and found a couple cars in complete-enough condition to answer the questions.
The second small hose does indeed go inside to the HVAC unit.
The holes in the front aren't used on the newer cars. The one on the side in the front used to operate the EGR valve on 95 and older vehicles. I'm not sure about the one (or two) on the front edge, but none of the cars I saw used them.
The nipple on the 3-speed transmission is simply a vent. The hose runs under the stock air box and is open to the atmosphere at the strut tower.
