Just out of curiosity what colours were available stock for 99 sunfire gt's.
I know someone that has a 99 gt that is silver and he says it came stock that colour, but I didnt think silver was an available colour.

Silver on the Sunfire was 95, 96 only I think... then it went away.... then it came back in 2000 for both Cavalier and Sunfire.

my buddy has a 99 silver 2200 don't think i ever saw one in GT trim
the silver 99s have the red/orange/yellow sunfire sticker on the door they also have chrome wheel covers

I've seen these silver Sunfires with the colourful decal on the doors... but I know they were all older cars.... not 99's.

don't have pics of it i know its a 99 for sure,
it has a 2200 so its either 98 or 99 and i remember his wife and him both had the same year and she had a 99 2.4 with out EGR so i know its a 99

Silver was available in 1999 on the "Sun and Sound" Sunfires... which included a premium sound system, sunroof, 15" Bright Chrome wheel covers, and the Sunfire logo with the sunset on the doors, and embroidered on the headrests and the middle of the backseat.
That much I know is true... however I did happen to see a 4 door in silver will all of that minus the sunroof... I can't explain that one though. It's a mystery.

here 2 silver 99 in BC they don't have the logo on them both might be tho i think that logo most took it off i know my buddy did and since both are badge less i'm guessing they did that too,

Its possible that they had the badges removed. It's also possible that since you guys are in Canada that Silver was available earlier and other models... you guys have some colors that we do not have.
Anyone know if those decals are still available from GM?

Not sure on the part number, but GMPartsDirect.com shows them in the catalog under "Door" -> "Exterior Trim" -> "Applique". They want $21 for each one.

i have never seen a sunfire in canada that was sliver before 99 the ones i see are 00+ or those 99s that have been posted but sure there some out there
