I am have problems, I was on the highway, and I was driving when all the sudden the car start to surge and the temp when up, I was able to get home but the I am a bit to sore to do anymore looking at it? I had this problem before, but It was okay after I changed the Front O2 sensor, the Computer, the fan motor, fuel filter, spark plug's, and a few other things prior to this problem? I am think the Electric fan could be going? but I am not sure anymore with these things anymore! So And I no longer have my OBD-II. PLUS there was NO Check Engine Light that came up?

Have you checked your battery connection? Even just a damaged thread on the post/terminal will cause this kinda trouble, as I've seen with my S-truck w/same engine. Yep... A bad ground connection will do that!
