i want to swap a 2.4l in my 96 cavalier 2.2l with isuzu tranny
i want to swap motor and tranny from a 2002(not same tranny)
i couldnt find a good how to step by step with the search button
can you guys help please?
what do i need?
do i have to change motor mounts or trans mount?

assuming that your talking about the echo not the old 2.2, then you need damn near the whole car for parts. the entire car wiring is different on 2000+ and I dont think the echo was offered till 02, any one corrrect me if im wrong there. But any way In order to do an echo swap you need all the wiring , computer, cluster, antilock brake module, body control module and pretty sure the air bag wiring and module, you can use the old bags.
