My car is 1998 cavy 3400 swap from a 01 impala with 5spd and has j pcm in it to and impala bcm if that helps thank you
This will be hard to explain lol but it has to do with the wiring.Car has worked great until yesterday acted up and woul'nt start so I unplugged battery,And reset the PCM and it started second try.I left the guys house who did the swap and while I was driving the car shut off and wouldnt go left me stranded on the side of the road for like 2 hours,then some guy helped push it into his yard.I checked it's getting fire,Fuel pump is running and turning on and injectors have pressure.I checked all the wiries I don't think any got loose all fuses are still good.Do you guys think something shorted out or a bad ground,maybe cam sensor,or the PCM @!#$ the bed.The guy that did the swap is tied up with 2 motor jobs and can't see it till about a week and a half.any suggestions you 3400 guys?
