the timing chain...i did my headgasket and i can't figure out the timing chain

First, make sure the crank is at 3 O'clock then grab some 8mm bolts. Rotate the cams till they line up with the holes ( IIR they're at 6 and 5 O'clock.) Stick the bolts in to hold them in place. Now turn the crank counter clock wise to 12 O'clock. Remove all the slack from the chain. When done, the crank should be at 12 O'clock the cam holes perfectly matched up.
