What all has to come off in order to service the cams? The #3 cylinder is dead and i peeked inside, one exhaust valve is not opening,i dont know if the cams flat or what,
Does the motormount have to come off completly?

Place a jack with a block of wood under the oil pan to hold the motor while you remove the passenger side engine mount. Then remove the timing cover and pull the timing chain and the cam gears. There is also a few bolts behind the cam gears that hold the cover to the cam housing. Next remove the IDI cover and then the bolts that hold the cam housing to the head and it should come right off. Be carefull not to lose the lifters out the bottom of the cam housing. When removing the intake cam the power steering pump has to come off also, but its not as bad as it sounds.

Ive done everything but pull the motormount
Do you need a special puller to remove the gears?
Also what do you think my problem is?
