parts worth saving?

I have a 95 5 speed z24
Its in good shape but im afraid one of the cams is bad
If i parted it out what would be the parts worth saving/keeping?
I know the bumpers are good,but any other wierd or hard to find items on the car?

tabs

manual z trannies are hard to come by in working order. . front bumper/filler plate could be sold too. thats really one of the only things that comes to mind

Whats the value on the 5 speed?
I have a isuzu impulse and ive heard the bellhousings are the same.
Car has 110k and looks real clean,its red

How about you don't dismantle and scrap a good 2.3 J-body with a 5-speed? Personally I'd be looking for a 2.3 HO to drop in there, or rebuilding the 2.3 you have. IMO, that was the best 3rd gen ever produced.
