if it doesnt matter, i might get a 3100 from a chevy lumina.........will that matter if i do an engine swap with my cavi?? ( i want the 3100 in my cavi) other than the fact i need to do some fabrication, and one more thing, do the mount really need to be costum? or can u use the mounts from another car on the previous car with the engine in the car that you arre going to swap with? (ima noob, im just learning so take it easy)

I believe it is becuase people switch parts in that engine family so it's not a 3.1/3100/3400/3.4/2.8/3500 it's a 3x00 becuase it made from mixing the motors to make it more powerfull.
