Ok first of all this is what has been changed on the car, 02 sensor, map, iac, plugs, wires, coilpacks+icm, tps, headgasket. If you hold the car at say 2000rpm it will slowly drop off then fluctuate and the car will die, when im drivin i pretty much have to have the car @ 3/4 to wot for it not to do this.i plugged all the vacuum lines at the tb to make sure it wasnt a vacuum leak, also now my car wont start without grounding the solenoid and its not the solenoid because i replaced the start with one that i tested, maybe is my ignition switch causing these problems? I swear to god i will never own a j-body again or any gm car made after 88 that isnt rwd, they havent made a good car in over 20 yrs.

What's your fuel pressure like? Sounds like mine did, with a plugged filter or worse, a dying pump.
The starting issue sounds like the ignition switch could be the culprit, but not likely why it's dying. Two separate problems most likely...
well the ignition switch was bad and the pump is too since it tkes about 20 primes to start.
