I followed the faq passlock I have tried 3 times. I was wondering if the bcm makes noise when it is locked out. It ticks a few times as the light on the dash flash. This is it if I can get this done I think my eco swap is done other than mounting the clutch pedal which I will be doing tomorrow after I get up. I even had my old cavalier pro Ben here and he took the first shot at it.

The BCM does not have the capacity to make "tick" noises.
If you're seeing the green DRL light flash on and off... that clicking noise would be the DRL relay in the fuse panel trying to turn the DRL's on. The relay click is quite loud...
You are right John I pulled the E brake which kills the drls and no click. So I have a question. All I want to do right now is see if the car will run. If I turn on the key and jump the starter will the car run? I don[t think it is kicking the fuel pump on right now. I have to try to get up in the AM. and get a starter again lol
