So I was looking through my Haynes manual since im changing out my motor on the weekend. THe manual says something about vehicles equipped with theft-lock decks and such. Says I need a activation code for the deck if I unplug the battery? Never heard of this before and dont wanna lose the use of the stock deck.... thanks...Phil
On the controller, press up up down down left right left right B A start. Then you can safely unplug the battery.

lmfao, the dealer unlocked mine for free, one of the techs came out and unlocked it in about 1 min .
