So i found a car that was totaled from the side in the quater on craigslist for 650, its a 02 with a eco has 106k on, i wanna do an eco swap and bulid the motor/trans. would it worth it to buy and bulid this engine completly for boost or is the block have to many miles and same for trans?

the only reason i'd say no isn't because of the miles, it's because of the fact that it's an 02 eco.
Iffy about that due to the care of the engine...

Just because it's an Eco, does NOT mean it drops right in. For one, the F35 transmission is not the same as the our F23. It's a bit bigger. It won't just magically fit in there... Then you have to wire the ENTIRE car, as a Cobalt (have fun with that). Among other things.
