It seems that my Z is consuming oil. We did an oil change about 4 days ago. I checked it today and it was down to the add quart mark.
There isn't any oil on the block anywhere, no puddle in my driveway. It doesn't seem to be leaking anywhere that we can see.
One of the IDI cover bolts has oil on it.
My dad and I are going to do a compression test on it when he gets off work.

I'm hoping its just the valve seals or something.. I have a friend who has a cylinder head shop. I don't really wanna pull the motor out.

2.4's are notorious for burning oil through the valve seals. Thats probably what it is.

2 more things to check bud... 1) unplug the oil pressure sensor - mines leaked through there twice, this time it was not leaking on the driveway but in b/w the cams. 2) Check the cam cover seals - remove the IDI cover to check.

^These are common places for leaks/ oil disappearing.
