Anyone ever had an axle throw sparks off the spindle while trying to get them into the spindle, yep happend on both sides
Sparks? Like it was electrified? if so, that is very odd... remove the battery? Or is this a metal on metal thing, were they are being "Persuaded"?

Got it figured out, it was just the body ground, just connected a wire to the shock tower with the other end to the motor and it went away. Disconnected the wire and it did again, so it was the body ground.
Not to say you're wrong, but I bet you have a short somewhere. There is no reason for the axle to ever have voltage to it...
