My 2000 Cav is going to be totaled out by the insurance company. I want to drop the subframe and I found and 03 Eco cavalier with a blown motor. Will my 00 package bolt up to the 03? Would I need the ECM from the 00? What else would I need from the 00
Its the same as the eco swap but in reverse.
PCM, engine harness, motor and trans.
But I would sell your motor and trans and other parts and buy a eco. Would be quite silly to swap to a 2200 in a eco car
Rad, coolant hoses, fuel lines. Think Phil has the right idea, just drop another Eco in. Way easier.
youd be stupid to swap an eco out to put a 2200 back in...... sell your @!#$ and buy a good eco
