Why do they only have 95-99? Seems sketchy to me
Maybe they want to pant and install for a cost? they also did it for Honda civic, and know someone that just walked in and left with them. free.

Probably what they've got that has been sitting.
I don't see anything sketchy. You have to have ID with a car in your name that matches the kit (obviously weeding out someone who just wants to grab one and sell it).
Seems like they're just trying to clear out dead product, but don't want anyone else making money off it.
