no tuning yet, it registered no KR on the recordings on the dyno or on any runs I have made with it so now onto the tuning.

That engine sounds like it's purring . . . like brand new!
Not sure what kind of numbers a 3.4 pulley'd SC'd 3800 is supposed to put down, but it sounds like you're on your way.
hp is low, what is your timing wot?
