I'm looking for a wiring diagram for a 99 2.2 cav/sunfire basically need the pcm pin out. Trying to find the signal wire for the electric cooling fan relay.

From my Hayne's Repair Manual page 12-18, it shows the wire from the Powertrain Control Module labeled "LT Fan Ctrl".
There is an arrow from that PCM terminal labeled DK GRN and it points to "Cooling Fans System".
It's the only single Dark Green wire going to the PCM, although there are also a couple of Dark Green/White wires as well.

BE AWARE that there is one other dark green wire which is next to a Lt Blu/Blk wire for the Cruise Control Enable/Disable.
