On how to make the lights blink on Paint Shop Pro 9? Im trying to help a friend and make her lights blink on her sig. But Im having a hard time finding a good How-To on PSP. And i looked at the how-tos for Photoshop but i can't find Filter, Render. Thanks for any help.

hmm paintshop i havent ever used, you can try to get a gif animator. make a frame with the lites normal, then make another frame with the lights brite. just take the sig and make the lights brite, maybee a white overlay, you can also make a lense flair or something.
