i can see what is wrongh i need to slow to selecting things.
yeah. maybe slow it down a tad, take your time. also might want to try smaller lines/more clicks around the fenders. notice how they're kinda blocky. but not bad, keep it up

i had trouble with the rims on my first one. this is only my second toon that i started tonite. what do ya'll think?

I don't do toons, but i don't understand why everyone makes them using the pen tool in Photoshop. Try Illustrator, it will allow you to shape, reshape & shape again all of your lines.... and if you did it in Illustrator, you could just use the smooth tool to clean up your blocky parts. Bezier curves are your friend, try making some basic shapes like ovals and circles to get the hang of them so you can tackle a more complex shape a little better.
