2 tone + tint

i know this is a subject that get's put up here alot and i know how to work PS but i cant get it to look right. What i'm wanting is top black bottom dark matalic blue with a lime green pinstripe to seperate em. If some one is up for it i would like to see what you all could do.

....yeah i know, atleast i tried. Just broke up with my girl so I needed something to do to take my mind off that. And IMO, leave the kit the way it is, it actually works well.
