I have two photos, I assume need to be emailed to someone, to change them from a document imaging file into jpegs or something I can get printed at WalMart. Unless you can tell me what program to use to do it here; I have Office XP programs. I've also tried uploading these photos online and no place will accept them.

Yes we won States for High School. My bro-in-law was the shortstop on the left side running, and my cousin-in-law was the pitcher holding the trophy. These came from a local newspaper.

they were .tiff files, which makes sense if it came from a newspaper because im sure they use HIGH end cameras and .tiff doesnt lose as much quality as jpeg compression

The color on the first one looks fine, but the 2nd and 3rd look like they're still in CMYK instead of RGB. It's not surprising that a newspaper would be using that format for their presses.
