The TPS wire I need to tap into for the ZEX NMU is the blue one... correct?

Yup.
This can be verified by sticking the positive lead in the connector, the negative on the white wire, turning the ignition on, and moving the throttle body arm. Voltage should go from 0 to 5 volts. If the voltage is negative, then you have the wrong wire.
