Does anyone have a wiring harness diagram for a 89 cavi z24? i bought a new stereo and something isnt hooked up right, everything worked fine till i turned the lights on and it blew a fuse now i dont have dash lights. Its a Pioneer DEH-P6700MP stereo if that helps any.

the radio itslef shouldn't make any difference.....
1) i would suggest checking how yyou have the orange wire wired in, the one that comes out of the deck....
2) did you just cut your wires, tested them, and then wired in your new head?, if so, i think it would make any headaches go away, if you just picked up an aftermarket radio plug, and used that.......

yeah, i'd say cut the orange wire to the HU, you shouldn't need it hooked up.

i never hooked the orange wire up, didnt know where it went, I found out where the problem is with the wiring, I had one wire in the wrong place, but now I know where the orange wire goes, just got to figure out where the other one goes now
