one big ol' mess

this kid from school cut his harness for his headunit because he thought that he could splice the wires, on his 2002 cavi and now he wants my help, so i did my best to put the harness back on but he cut it way to short. he blew the 12v fuse so i replaced that and his old headunit still dosent work. he has an aftermarket one and all the wires to connect it but we dont know if his stock harness is ok. also his interior lights dont come on. anyone with some suggestions?

Radio 12v orange + radio harness
Radio Ground black - radio harness
Radio Ignition (Class 2 Serial Data)
Radio Illumination gray (dimmer) + radio harness
Factory Amp Turn-on pink + radio harness or amplifier
Power Antenna N/A
LF Speaker +/- tan - gray +,- radio harness
RF Speaker +/- lt. green - dk. green +,- radio harness
LR Speaker +/- brown - yellow +,- radio harness
RR Speaker +/- dk. blue - lt. blue +,- radio harness

Check your fuses again, and there's where the wiring is.

That's what wires do what. Maybe you should step away from the radio so no one gets hurt.
