a couple questions

alright #1 is a question about box port size... now ... i notice that as the size of your box opening increases, you need to make it longer to achieve the same tuning...so is there an advantage to this...like does a bigger port make it louder at all?

and #2 ... i was thinkin if i had a fuse and i just hooked a wire to one end to the battery, and the other end would hook to two wires, one to the amps in the trunk, and the other to the alternator...so its kinda like

to amp-------------FUSE-------------Battery

to alterntor
would this work...

you want to bump, then they will bump and hit real hard and a lot good.

well @!#$ i just realized my diagram didnt work...but the to alternator is supposed to be where the fuse is too...like at the same place the to amp goes...so its kind like ... the alternotor and amp are hooked up on one side of the fuse, but the battery is on the other side of the fuse...but yeah can anyone answer these questions

no no no!

battery---fuse---amp there is no need to fuse between the alternater and the battery

And don't go directly from the alternater to the amp very bad things can happen!

if you have more than one amp, split it in the trunk with another fuse/ distrubion block.

as for the port question a bigger port doesn't make for louder sounds it all depends on the air inside the box and what your letting out (the port). Port size can vary on what your tuning but that doesn't mean you just go ahead and get a bigger hole.

I wish i had more scientific explaination but i am tired and i am sure someone else will fill in the rest for me

but i thought u had to fuse between the alternator and the battery if you were to do the big three which is why theres that extra wire there striaght from the alt to bat...but like could someone explain why this would not work?

Big three is replacing ground wires and power wires between the battery, alternator and frame (and wherever else the wires are connected)

In my camry I can't do the big three because the pos on the battery has a fuse box connected to it, and then a ton of circuits comin out the bottom in insulation. Unless someone knows how to do that

Shouldn't matter about the fuse box. Add on to the existing wire, don't modify the existing wiring.

part of this is right. Tghe part that is wrong is that if you want to do the big 3 , you MUST HAVE A FUSE INLINE BETWEEN THE ALTERNATOR AND THE BATTERY.
