Anyone have any experience with...

These amps? I've always heard good things about Audiobahn amps, and I was wondering if anyone had first-hand experience?

Amp
It'd be powering 3 sets of RF coaxials.

Amp #2

This would most likely be powering two of these, If I'm right reading that this amp is 800x2 at 2 ohm. Someone correct me if I'm wrong?

I had a buddy who used to praise Audiobahn. He hyped it up all the time. He bought an amp and a pair of subs. I just listened to him, and waited until he figured othewise. Now, he HATES Audiobahn since all the stuff he bought was junk. All show, no go.

I dont like them.

Go with a directed/DEI/Viper or a HiFonics if you're looking to save money. Audiobahn is junk IMO. The 4 amps that I listed are wayyyy better. You can find them on e-bay pretty cheap.

If you're getting the 2 ohm coils like in the link you posted..
Just get an amp that puts out around 1000-1200 watts x 1 at 2 ohms and you'll be fine.

Wire them like this...2nd pic down on the LEFT. You'll get a 2ohm load.

If you get 4 ohm coils...you need to get an amp thats 1ohm stable....and puts out 1000-1200 watts at 1 ohm.
Wire them like the 2nd pic down on the RIGHT.

They are fine for the money. Pretty too. Might not last TOO long, but I don't think they are junk.

Thanks. I'll probably do that. Audio brands aren't my strong suit, so I appreciate the help.

I have the Audiobahn A6004t. I ran it earlier, and it cooked, so they sent me a new one and it's been sitting. I don't know if the amp cooked and it cooked my speakers and head unit, or what, but when it was running, it ran good. That's damn cheap for the amp, I paid 209 for mine not too long ago.
