ok i got a rockford fosgate 15" Punch Woofer, and my friend wants to buy it off of me, theres nothing wrong with it except there are a few chips in the lip... just wondering whats a fair price to quote him... im in no way shape or form and audio guy, just got 2 JL audio 8's in my cav that do me FINE!!! so yeah, whats a good price?
how old is it, when did you buy it, how much did you buy it for, how many owners has it had, how bad did you beat it.....
then maybe we can give you an idea, some pics might help too

its a stage 1 Punch 8 ohm 15" sub....with the age, fact that its as entryl level as it comes, and is 8 ohms...... get what you can for it....maybe $50 IF you can.
without the pair to at least bring it down to 4 ohms....its useless, any amp that ran it would have halk the 4 ohm rms output.
build a nice ported box for it and use it in your home theatre

well another thing, does this guy know anything about audio? sometimes maybe asking him what price range he is looking at you can be quite surprised with what they offer. one time i had a guy offer me $130 for a 12" audiobahn and a box.
just let him make an offer if its that type of sub, and good luck....selling audio can be a real hastle.
