I have two 12" Infinity Reference Subs in a MTX Bass Slammer Dual Vented enclosure. Hooked to a 600 watt Kenwood amp. Sounds great. I recommend them to anyone that wants some good sounding and hard hitting subs.
too bad that the bass slammer enclosure is much bigger then the suggested air volume of them infinity's. If you got a proper enclosure, they would sound much better.
BTW, how do i know?
I have the 2nd gen reference subs, and they're awesome for $100 including shipping for both off ebay. im pushing them with a 600watt amp also, but i need something bigger, cause once i hit a certain volume you can tell the amp is straining to push as i keep turning the volume up.
el fuego your not running those 2 subs and the basslink powered sub as well are you? cuz realy dont think someone doing such a thing should be giving sound quality advice.... not to sound mean or anything....
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

I have the second generation subs, and yes they do sound good, plus the enclosure is sweet regardless of anything. though I could possibly use a cap but it will all come in time
