Hey guys,
I just installed my system today. One l5 in a custom box paired up withthe kicker kx600.1. Sounds amazingly loud, i am pretty damn impressed. Anyhow, my only concern is the box shifting and tugging on my wiring, i know i can make some brackets, but i am afraid of drilling down into the bottom of the trunk, i dont want to make holes in my car. Any idea on how to keep this thing put?
industrial strength velcro is what i use lol
Moms & Dads talk to your kids, before its too late, tell them to say no to aluminum wings.
Like was said above, velcro. Works wonders.

yeah I used to use it, but got bigger subs, alot heavier and they don't move lol
just riding around in the 4 door cav
Put some of that no-slip rug material under the box, and under the carpet if that moves.
I built a little wooden brace. Ill post pics later.
can also silicone a wooden brace to the metal floor under the carpet and screw it to there. Industrial velcro works good to that way you can remove if you need to.
I bolted my through the floor. The reinstalled the subs in the box.
thats what imma do. someone broke in to my car last week and tried to steel my amp. couldnt cut through the cable with the dikes they had tho. so i put my amp further in thr trunk and now imm gonna bolt the box down once i get my custom trunk install done. (piks to be posted later)
where can you buy that industrial type of velcro?
you should be able to buy the industrial velcro at lowes or home depot.. or even some of them mom and pop hardware stores.
