the past issues you speak about are over 3 years ago the speakers where made. Different build house, different company.

i dont have the scoop on RE. all i know about them is that i always thought David owned the company. and he doesnt. he just is the head of sales and stuff.

Almost everyone thinks/thought David owned the company. Kinda funny really.
As for RE/US Amps. Short version. There were two owners of RE. Owner one sold his share to owner two. Owner two then proceded to sell, either a majority of, or all of his shares to the guy who owns US Amps.
