Old Sony's had em. I had one till it got stolen and now the stupid new ones have blue buttons. I think Walmart still carries the headunit in the old model years though lol! Can't beat the price, if your interested i could get you a model number in the afternoon.
Here's the one I have... It's a pretty good head unit too.

My Kenwood has 30+ colors on the dispaly (Red being a few) and the buttons glos either Red or Green.
Kiinda sucks when I have a Blue theme in my car...

this is the HU I have, and it's on red all the time. I like it. Clarion DXZ845MC. MP3, 3 preouts, it will control monitors, dvd players, etc. it's awesome.

I have a Blaupunkt Monterrey MP35 deck that has somtehing like 4000 different colors for the display and the buttons light up red. I'm very happy with the deck, looks and sounds good.
There is one by JVC and one by Alpine where you can change the colors between the enormusly larger number of colors and different hues
