alright... so i'm looking for a new deck, and i came across this one...
first off, i'll let you know that i'm not looking for a super-duper fancy shmancy deck, just one that will settle with my interior... i came across this one, and it has everything i want...
blue lights, black faceplate, cd/rw readable, iPod ready... and cheap: only $90.
now, i don't really know much about these cd players, so i just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with it, because frankly the price seems too good to be true... can you guys just look over it real quick and tell me what you think?

Best advice is to spend a little more for quality that lasts... find a nice one on clearance and hope the display model is all they have left. I just bought a brand-new Alpine CDA-9855 that retails for $350++ online for $230 and change. Just look around

Here's a kenwood for $130, meets all of your requirements listed except it's a silver face

It's definitely worth the little bit extra money. It's better to pay a little extra now than to have to buy another one 6 months down the road.

i suggest looking into Alpine seriously, their CDA-984X seriese should do you fine for the price range and be a FAR better deck than almost anything your going to find in that price range

i wouldnt say that /\ alot of better decks can be had at prices cheaper then alpines...i donno what price the 984x series runs but i coulda picked up an eclipse for $150...anyways a few brands to look into if your not wanting nothing super "fancy" as you put it, would be pioneer or sony...for the prices its hard to beat pioneer...
