So im getting 2 12" polk momo subs soon but before that i wanted to start creaion of the sub box. So what im thinkign of is gettinginside the trunk and glassing over the carpet, and making a false floor to house the two amps. BUt on the sides i would make a wall or "bod" to house the two subs, First i know nothing of sub box creation so i figured just a sealed would be most forgiving for me now, second is aiming them at each other, or at a lisght angle bad
Here is what im thinking in a crappy paint sketch.
The black is the general shape of the trunk and the red lines is where a wall from top to bottom will be and have the subs in the middle. Thanks for looking and any and all ideas are welcome
As long as you wire them in phase (both pushing at the same time) it will sound good angled somewhat toward the front of the trunk.
Sealed is good if your just learning. Ported is a bit of an advanced topic.
First thing, go look at your trunk for a while.
This is exactly what I wated to do but I ran into 2 problems.
1. The right and left wheel wells are different
2. The trunk arms get in the way depending on how you go about it.
After that, come back and tell what you decided cause if you figure a way to work it, I'd like to know

I've done it.
Though I didn't reinforce the mold so it bent while I was making it and it doesn't fit perfectly (about an inch gap at the top.) They're 1.6 cubes and if you angled them up more you could get more, the clearance is close but fine.
^^
Do you have pics??
I'm interested in tryin to figure out how to do this.

how do i wire it so they pulse at the same time?? I was just thinking of getting a two channel amp and using both outputs.
easy, you just connect both subs the same way...positive and negative of one sub to one channel and positive and negative to the other channel...dont get em backwards or they'll be out of phase....

you want to bump, then they will bump and hit real hard and a lot good.
