Anyone have any idea on how to install a second battery? Where a good location to put it and the right way to wire it to keep it charged?

get a battery relocation from summit racing or jegs with the wire and battery box and mount it in the trunk
Before you go getting a second, have you tried upgrading your main battery and done the big 3? Or maybe a bigger alternator?
got a 160 amp alt , big 3 done and new batt. not a great batt but better..
Yellow top or equivalent under the hood will make a huge difference.
all you gotta do is wire it in parallel (pos to pos) and ground the second battery to the chassis.
but you MUST fuse the power cable connecting the batts at EACH END.
