hmmmmm well now that didnt help a whole lot now did it???
ive done that and i am unsure what to buy. i am thinking about a rockford fosgate P8004. any other suggestions on amps that are good?

MTX amps are very good quality. They are usually underrated also. When I bought my 2-channel MTX, it was rated at 30x2 RMS, and the test sheet they sent me with the amp showed it was actually putting out 52x2.
That's what I would look for, anyway
