well my problem is that my dvd player is messed up. its a boss. what happens is for an unknown reason now, that when i put a CD/DVD in, the DVD screen comes up blank. it used to come up blue with "dvd". i know the screen works for sure. at first the CD's wouldnt play and the volume wouldnt change or anything. i disconnected the battery for a while and that was solved. now the only problem is, when its in dvd mode the screen doesnt come up. the only thing i get is a tiny "dvd" thing for like 2 seconds in the corner saying that im in that mode. so i get sound but no picture. does anyone know what my problem could be? maybe i need to check connections behind it or something.

yea, sounds like it might be internal connections tho if its all one piece..

it is right? you dont have the dvd player somewhere else?

well, it has a brain...im not sure where it is though. i had an audio place install it. its confusing me.

well i know im gonna have to take it back if i dont fix it i just wanted to see if it was something simple i could fix myself. thanks anyway.
