I dont think any JL amps puts out over 1000 watts. The 1000/1 )Slash series) is the biggest amp they have (1000watts at 1.5-4 ohms)
The biggest in the E-series (e1800D( puts out 800x1 @ 2ohms 12.5v..... or 1000x1 @ 2 ohms @ 14.5v.

I guess it's nice if your sponsored by JL...but otherwise it's a huge waste of money. You could easily sound louder/cleaner with less $.

it did sound awesome. my boss at the time was a huge Jl fan. the best part about it was after the dude pulled off he was like have you heard anything that sounds that good. I looked at him and said. He had 8 12s. do you think he got it for the sq. And yes I have. I turn mine down. Not a happy guy after that.
