Ok well... I got 2 700 watt kenwoods and a 1000 watt kenwood amp and i want to try to make it hit hard but befor i even had a chance to start messing with the bass i noticed this load ass noise from..... i think the spare tire thing under the car but i dont have any thing in there not even a spare i need to get one but i just wanted to know if i should just dynamat the @!#$ out of my trunk and how good it works and i might add another 12 so i want to make that (trunk full of soda cans) sound stop
any ideas would help
it's probably your little vent, passenger side behind the carpet.

yep....that is my biggest noise from inside the trunk......other than the trunk banging on the body
little vent ok that sounds right because there is somthing on the right side that is makeing a rattel. I want to dynamat it to day but i dont know because its $150 for the trunk kit . But tell me more about the little vent is it somthing i just pull out?

ohhh and putting the back seats down make the rattle go away alittle....and it sounds better in my opinion but hell my boxes are tuned for spl so it sounds like crap driving around
ya i have my seats down. i did have my subs pointed at me but it only sounded good when my trunk was open

I just shoved some pink fiberglass insulation that you would use in a house inbetween the flaps. This way the dirt doesn't get into the car and air from the HVAC system still can escape the way it was designed to.
