You could even do 10awg and save yourself more money.

i had some 12awg around here and it looked really small for a amp i had it left over from the amp i put i a frends truck cause i told him to go get some thicker stuff

awg will ask for length run and rms power so ya 8 awg
10 awg is fine. its only about 15 feet of wire front to back and its only a touch above 20 amps being drawn.
Injection is nice but id rather be BLOWN!
