3 12"s in a 4 ohm load? Will this amp work?

Well i picked up 3 12" MA subs in a bandpass box (sorry no model). What i know is that they are 600watts RMS and are in a 4 ohm load. I was looking at getting a Panasonic GM-D510M. I know there is not much info here but from what i here there alot of people that return MA products. Will this amp suffice? And would anyone know if it is possible to run these 3 12"s in a 2ohm load?? This would allow me to put more power to them correct? I will try my best to get a model # for these subs, ive just been waiting for my buddy to get back in town and i cant wait to upgrade my amp

Thank you.

You get about 100Watts RMS to each sub. It'll be pretty good, you might be able to do better for cheaper though. I dunno.

Anyone.

Well ,price wise it is about $300 canadian, not to mention i have to upgrade my current 8 gauge wires, does REM gauge matter? Also what size do recommend for ground and power?

if you have 300 watts rms, 8 gauge should be fine. Use the same gauge wire for ground as you do for power. REM wire gauge is good at about 20awg or so.

those subs are most likely dual 6 ohm subs. they can be wired to 4 ohm like they are now, or 1 ohm if you do parallel across the board. right now they are in series for each sub, then parallel from one sub to the next.

I do beleive that they are dual voice (dont quote me on that i am almost positive they are). The load right now is 4 ohms, does that mean that the amp i am looking at will run in 4 Ohm or 2 Ohm mode?

4. but if you find an amp that'll do a 1 ohm load, you could wire em like that. alot more output. its hard to get alot of wattage at 4ohms if you dont spend a @!#$load on an amp.
