LOL, im having a senior moment.
The things that go with tweeters to prevent the wrong freq from destroying them, kinda like bass blockers but for higher freq what are they, and is there a listing of which ones block which freq?
The Crossover i think is what your talking about. and it should be listed with whatever one you buy.
Resistors block high notes, capacitors block lows

Perfect, thats the name, but is there specific resistors to block specific freq.?
I have a project to do, and i have the tweeters but no resistors, are prewired in.
it is a capacitor that blocks out the high notes and an inductor or coil that blocks out low notes.
the value of the cap will determine the frequencies that are blocked, but most tweeters come with a high pass filter like this already wired into them so people dont blow them up.
Injection is nice but id rather be BLOWN!
Yeah that's right drrrr I had a brain fart.

Thanks for the clarification, however mine are not prewired. So i guess i just need any highpass filter then?
if you got 'em with a component set, they should have a crossover (not built in, but came with the set). If not, you can check out www.the12volt.com, they have all the information on how you can build your own crossover. Plus alot of good info.
