making a box tuned to 40hz

so im getting a visonik V812D2 for cheap as a temp setup and teh box needs to be 3.5 cubic feet and the port has to be tuned at 40hz, i got the specs form the Visonik website but tehre port specs are for circle tubes...is there a calcultion u use to find out what ur port is tuned to? im guessing somehitng like LxWxH divided by something? lol
