i was wondering if ne one knew of ne subwoofer grills that would make ur sub hard to stab?

and also do the waffle style ones work?

Bandpass or a bass reflex box would work.
The only way you can really keep them from getting stabbed is by something solid, and then you misewell just build a box that totally encloses the sub.

Waffle grills work to keep the bulk of items from harming your subs. However I had an umbrella in my trunk that managed to kill one of my subs through the grill. Now I have a mesh grill instead.

if u didnt see i had my entire audio system stolen so next system will not becoming out of the car unless i take it out.

but 9 times out of 10 the people trying to take ur stuff if they cant get it out of the car will stab a hole in your sub.

like Jackass said, and like i said before, your best bet would be to get a mesh grill. It's going to be the most protection... If someone breaks into your car to steal your stuff... they're probly going to do a lot more money's worth of damage to the car than what they can do to your sub.

Exactly...you make it so they can't steal it and they can't hurt them, they will just destroy the rest of your car instead. I'm sure if they broke all of your windows out and flattened your tires, you would probably be out more money than if you just let them have your subs.
